Loughborough Sport has always been at
the heart of Loughborough University since the creation of the College in 1909.
Staying true to our founders vision (Herbert Schofield) that sport at
Loughborough should play a part in each and every students life on campus.
Over the years this now has developed to
encompass not just our students but elite athletes, national governing bodies,
the local community and of course in 2012 the official preparation camp for
TEAM GB ahead of the Olympic Games.
Moving forward we have brought all the the stakeholders involved in sport at Loughborough under one ‘identity’, easy for our students, athletes, and partners to understand and a brand that represents our values and what we stand for.
